The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».
The Buyer voluntarily and knowingly provides their personal data (first and last name, address or location, phone number, e-mail address) to the Seller when placing an Order in the Online Store.
The Seller has taken sufficient organisational and technical measures to protect the Buyer’s personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions.
When returning goods, the Buyer provides passport and bank card details so that the Seller can transfer the refund. The Seller may use this information solely to fulfil its obligations to the Buyer.
By providing personal data to the Seller, the Buyer consents to its processing, including for the Seller to fulfil its obligations to the Buyer; to promote the Seller’s goods and services by sending advertising and informational mailings; to conduct e-mail and SMS surveys and promotional campaigns among customers; to analyse marketing results; to provide customer support; to carry out statistical research; to organise delivery; and to monitor customer satisfaction with the Seller’s services.
The Buyer agrees that, in order to fulfil its obligations to the Buyer and to carry out marketing research, analytical reporting and other marketing activities, the Seller may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties under a contract with such parties, subject to compliance with Ukrainian law on the confidentiality and security of personal data during processing.
The Seller may process the Buyer’s personal data, including by sending advertising correspondence to the postal address provided, making phone calls, and sending SMS and instant-messenger messages. The Buyer may opt out of mailings at any time, without giving a reason, in one of the following ways:
- by adjusting mailing preferences or unsubscribing via the «Unsubscribe» button in an e-mail;
- by contacting customer service at the phone number listed in the «Contacts» section of the website.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. Providing information to third parties acting under a contract with the Seller in order to fulfil obligations to the Buyer is not considered a breach.
The Buyer consents to and permits the operator and the operator’s contractors to process their personal data using automated database management systems and other software specifically developed on the operator’s instructions.
The Buyer has the right to request from the operator full information about their personal data, its processing and use, and to demand the deletion or correction/completion of incorrect or incomplete personal data.
