Under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», you may exchange or return a purchased item within 14 days of purchase.

An exchange or return is accepted with the accompanying document (the exchange/return form) provided the item has not been worn and its presentation, consumer properties, factory labels and original packaging are intact.

Shipping costs for a return or exchange are paid by the buyer (except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our side). Once we receive the item and confirm it meets all conditions, we refund the full order amount to your account within 7 business days.

Items from the IRENNE Leisure collection are classified as underwear and, in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19 March 1994, belong to goods that are not subject to exchange or return. The description of every IRENNE Leisure item states whether it can be exchanged or returned.
